Because we are living in the dot com age, with spending seeming to override saving, especially with the younger generation, it is imperative that we have a good understanding of debt.
This week's question is: Is there such a thing as good debt?
I have been in this business for more than 19 years, and I never thought there was ever such a thing as good debt. However, if you choose to have debt, it helps to know that there is a difference.
Here are four kinds of debt:
- Credit cards.
- A mortgage.
- Student loans.
- Auto loans.
